A deposit of the total of your rental is due upon booking to confirm your reservation; this deposit becomes non-refundable within 60 days of the arrival date. 90 days prior for bookings December 19-January 3.
30 days prior to the arrival date a USD$500.00 refundable security/damage deposit is due.
Deposits can be made via credit card, or US bank deposit at Citibank or WellsFargo.
The damage/security deposit will be refundable in case of cancellation up until day of arrival.
There are no refunds or credits for early departures or no shows.
Additional Information
Check-in time is between 4:00pm-7:00pm, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
Check-out is 11:00am
Utilities (electricity, wifi, cable, water, gas) are included.
Fresh linens, bath and pool towels are provided upon arrival.
Housekeeping service is provided upon departure, or on the 7th day for long-term rentals.
Daily housekeeping is available upon request (fee will apply).
