A deposit of the total of your rental is due upon booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit becomes non-refundable within 60 days of the arrival date, or 90 days prior for bookings December 19-January 3.
A USD $500 refundable security/damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Deposits can be made via credit card or US bank deposit at Citibank or Wells Fargo.
The damage/security deposit will be refundable in case of cancellation up until day of arrival.
There are no refunds or credits for early departures or no-shows.
Additional Information
Check-in time is between 4:00PM and 7:00PM, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
Check-out time is 11:00AM.
Utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, cable, water, gas) are included.
Fresh linens, bath and pool towels are provided upon arrival.
Use of all of the facilities at The Park Condominiums is included, including 24-hour fitness center and rooftop pool deck.
Housekeeping service is provided upon departure, or on the 7th day for long-term rentals.
Daily housekeeping is available upon request (a fee will apply).
